Curly parsley is widely used not only in cooking but also as a garnish, precisely because of its attractive, harmonious shape. It has numerous uses: it features in the preparation of almost all dishes, from fish to meat and sauces.
It is a very hardy plant that grows well in both full sun and partial shade; the optimum temperatures are between
16° and 20°C. It is not particularly fussy about soil, but thrives best in light, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water as required.
