Marjoram

The aroma of marjoram is similar to that of oregano but is more delicate. It is used fresh or dried to flavour soups, stewed vegetables, meat, pizzas and fillings… and is also used in the production of liqueurs and preserves.
It is an annual plant that adapts to all types of soil, although it prefers well-drained, dry soil. It should be planted in sunny, warm and breezy spots. It should be watered sparingly but frequently.
